Ballots will be mailed to members on October 26, 2009 . The election is for the next two-year term beginning January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2011 . Your ballot must be returned to the Middle Management Office no later than November 25, 2009 . The Elections Committee will schedule a meeting on or shortly after November 25 th to count the ballots; and election results will be certified by the Board at its next meeting on December 19, 2009 .
