If you know for sure you are going to take advantage of the $300.00 deferred compensation option for the current fiscal year, why wait until the end of the fiscal year? You can do it now by clicking on the link http://www.mmb.state.mn.us/sema4-other-forms and complete and submit the form. This form must be completed in order for you to receive the employer paid match, even if you are not eligible for the vacation conversion to deferred compensation.
Also, if you are eligible for and plan on converting 40 hours of vacation for the fiscal year, you may do that now. There is no need to wait until the end of the fiscal year to take advantage of these opportunities.
